If you prefer to take a walk on the mild side when it comes to spice, this is the sauce for you. We take roasted corn and cumin and pair it with the vibrant pepper flavour of Amarillo chilli but without the heat. A great everyday sauce but we’re a particular fan of using this with breakfast dishes. Heat Level 1/10.
